By agreeing to the terms and conditions outlined below, the Buyer acknowledges the details regarding the Buy-Back Guarantee provided by Northeast Equipment & Supply Co:

Initiating a Buyback Request:

Buyback Criteria:

The heavy equipment must be physically located on the Buyer’s premises, and the buyback payment must be made at that location. The Buyer is prohibited from selling or transferring the equipment to a third party after the online purchase date.

Eligibility Confirmation:

A 30-day period is required to confirm the Buyer’s eligibility for the buyback. An inspection will be conducted to assess the equipment’s current condition at the time of purchase, reviewed by the program administrator.

Conditions for Buyback Approval:

The condition of the heavy equipment must either remain the same or show improvement from the time of purchase, as specified on the equipment detail page. Buyback requests must adhere to Northeast Equipment & Supply Co Terms & Conditions for inspection qualification.

Buy-Back Guarantee Terms:

The Buy-Back Guarantee must be selected at the time of purchase and cannot be added or removed afterward. The refund period extends from 24 to 48 hours after the Buyer receives the transferable receipt from Northeast Equipment & Supply Co, following buyback confirmation.

Equipment Handling and Retrieval:

Following repurchase, the heavy equipment will remain on the Buyer’s property. Northeast Equipment & Supply Co will arrange for equipment pickup within 7 working days after confirming the refund receipt. The Buyer is responsible for all costs associated with the marketing process, including inspection access, providing photographs, and facilitating equipment pickup.

Buyer Responsibilities:

The Buyer assumes all losses and expenses related to the heavy equipment during the repurchase process. The equipment should not be utilized for commercial purposes and must be maintained in accordance with industry standards.

Refund Procedure:

The refund will be issued to the original Buyer 24 to 48 hours after the transferable receipt from Northeast Equipment & Supply Co confirms the buyback. Northeast Equipment & Supply Co reserves the right to limit the number of items the Buyer intends to repurchase. By proceeding with the purchase and availing the Buy-Back Guarantee, the Buyer agrees to adhere to these terms and conditions established by Northeast Equipment & Supply Co.
